Arrange a Viewing

The Viewing
Our properties go quickly! We recommend noting your questions and following up right after the viewing if you're interested.
Renting the Property
If you’d like to proceed, confirm your interest with us. We’ll ask for some basic information to ensure you meet the referencing requirements.
Reference Checks
All tenants aged 18+ undergo reference checks, which usually take 48 to 72 hours.
Securing the Property
Once approved, you’ll need to:
Pay your holding deposit
Complete the Tenancy Application Form
Provide a copy of your ID
Submit any required references
Deposits, Tenancy Agreement, and Rent
Upon satisfactory references, we’ll offer you the tenancy and outline terms and conditions. Your deposit acts as security for the property and is fully refundable upon return of the property in good condition.
Inventory Check
We document all property conditions and furnishings at move-in, so you’re assured a clear record of the property’s state.
During Your Stay
Enjoy peace of mind knowing that our management and lettings team are just a call away. We respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable.
